Betty Jo Krug



El Paso- Betty Jo Krug, 73, of El Paso, IL passed away at
10:15a.m. on Saturday, December 29, 2012 at HeartlandHealth
Care in Normal.



She was born on March 18, 1939 in Gorham, Illinois  a
daughter of Harold and Dorothy Stone
Porter. She married Melvin Krug on November 10, 1957 in El Paso,
IL. He passed
away on January 22, 2011.



Survivors include one son, Dennis Krug of Minonk, IL; one
daughter, Delores Sutherland of Newport News, Virginia; mother,
Dorothy Porter of El Paso;  five grandchildren,
Jaime(Greg)Mool, Dustin Krug, Sarah Krug, Laura Krug, Dahlton Krug;
five  great grandchildren, Paul, Josh, Madison,Aaliyah,
Maiya;one brother, David(Karen) Porter of El Paso; one sister,
Judy(Jim)Bigger of El Paso; one AFS daughter, Cindy(Gerald) Hunter
of Oregon; many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father; one daughter, Debbie
Krug;one sister, Bon Weichman and one son-in-law Robert
Sutherland.


Betty Loved to read, sew, play cards and bake.


Betty was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be
greatly
missed by her family.



Betty was a member of Grace Fellowship Church where funeral
services will be held on Thursday, January 3, 2013 at 11:00a.m.
Pastor Dan Giese will officiate. Visitation will be held on
Wednesday, January 2, 2013 from 4-8p.m. at Ruestman-Harris Funeral
Home in El Paso and also from 10-11a.m. on Thursday
prior to the services at the church. Burial will be in Evergreen
Cemetery in El Paso. Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home in El Paso is
assisting the family with arrangements.
