Beverly A. Cusac

Rutland- Beverly A. Cusac, 70, of Rutland, IL passed away at
7:16 pm on Sunday, November 25, 2012 at OSF St. Joseph Medical
Center in Normal, IL.

She was born on January 15, 1942 in Pontiac, IL a daughter of
Arthur and Eva Johnson Janssen. She married Richard W. Cusac on
April 29, 1961 in Rutland, IL. He passed away on September 6,
2008.

Surviving are three daughters, Diane (John) Wyllie of Pontiac,
IL; Patti Cusac (Steve Willis) of Pontiac, IL; Terri (Jay) Jochums
of Minonk, IL; one sister, Charlene (Stephen) Mattox of Grantsburg,
IL; nieces and nephews, Michelle Janssen, Garrett Mattox, McKenzie
Mattox; and eight grandchildren, Julia, Grant, Alexa Jochums;
Aysha, Aaron, and Morgan Willis; and Chris and Katie Wyllie.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Robert
Janssen.

Beverly owned and operated Bev's Dairy Barn in Minonk for
several years. She had also worked at Schmidt Drugs in Minonk and
worked as a waitress at Harold's Restaurant in Rutland and
Georgetown Restaurant in Wenona.

Memorial services will be held at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, November
28, 2012 at the Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home in Minonk, IL. Pastor
Ed Sinclair will officiate. Visitation will be held from 4-7 pm
prior to the service at the funeral home. Cremation rites will be
accorded and burial of ashes will be at a later date.
