What an amazing lady Dorothy was! I was in awe of how well she did "for her age"! I am thankful I had the opportunity to help care for her during her years at the Home! She will always be remembered! My prayers and sympathy are extended to all of you!:skin-tone-3::cry: Lisa Rieke

Dear Family, I have so many good memories of your mom, and loved to go visit her (pre COVID). She was one of the last links to my mom's friends, and it was so good to be with her. It somehow gave me a link to my mom. She was a beautiful lady whom I loved, and I will miss her. Our love and sympathy to your entire family. Terry and Shirley (Knepp) Leman

There are countless, wonderful memories of Aunt Dorothy, but one of my favorites is the surprised expression on her face when 4 dogs walked into her room... then breaking into a big smile, laughing and saying "now I've really gone to the dogs!" Aunt Dorothy was such an inspiration and will be deeply missed. With love and deepest sympathy,Joy Belsley, Niece

Marcia, I always feel bad when a former student loses a loved one. You were such a nice girl and fine student during my early years of teaching! Since I retired, I occasionally deliver flowers for Scottwood Florist. A couple of years ago I had a delivery to your mother. She was such a nice lady. I told her I had taught you many years ago. We had a nice conversation! She had a nice, long life. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Coach and Karen Gerdes

When my dad passed away, we were trying to get the house ready to sell. His refrigerator was in need of a deep cleaning and Dorothy got down on her knees on his kitchen floor and scrubbed that entire fridge from the inside out. She was 96 years old.:heart::heart: Barbara Weber Niece
