Clarke J. Weyeneth



Eureka-Clarke J. Weyeneth, 64, of Eureka, IL
passed away at 3:10 p.m. on Monday, December 24, 2012 at Advocate
Eureka Hospital.

He was born on September 30, 1948 in Pekin, IL a son of Melvin
M. and Leona Roth Weyeneth.



Survivors include his parents, Melvin M. (Leona) Weyeneth of
Washington, IL; two brothers, Keith Weyeneth of Morton, IL; Merle
(Mary) Weyeneth of Metamora, IL; two nephews Karl and Kyle
Weyeneth; and a special friend, Amy White of Eureka, IL.



He was preceded in death by his brother, Jim Weyeneth.



While working on the family farm and after graduating from
Metamora Township High School, Clarke was employed at Hiram-Walker
& Sons in Peoria, IL after 15 years of service. He had worked
for Miller Chemical Company in Peoria, IL; Woodford County Training
Center in Eureka, IL; Davenport Grade School/Eureka Middle School;
self-employed and lastly at Illinois Central College in East
Peoria, IL.



Clarke was a member of the Woodford County Farm Bureau and
attended Eureka Apostolic Christian Church.



Clarke was an Army Veteran serving his country during the
Vietnam War.



He was an avid fan of Metamora football. He also enjoyed
basketball, baseball and watching Nascar racing along with other
sporting activities. In his spare time he liked riding his
motorcycle, fishing and boating.



Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December
28, 2012 at Argo-Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home in Eureka. Tom
Hoffman will officiate. Visitation will be held on Friday, December
28, 2012 from 9-11 a.m. before the service at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Olio Township Cemetery in Eureka.



Memorial contributions may be made to Apostolic Christian Timber
