Lacon- Karen Ann McNutt, 75, of Lacon, IL passed away at 3:39 pm
on Monday, November 25, 2013 at her home in Lacon.



She was born on October 20, 1938 in Lacon, IL the daughter of
Leonard and Helen Bestold Kenyon.  She married Sam Kline in
February 1959.  She later married John McNutt in January
1970.  He passed away on November 23, 1988.



Surviving are two sons, Brian (Theresa) Kline of Princeville, IL;
Shawn McNutt of Lacon, IL; two brothers, Gary and Keith Kenyon of
Lacon, IL; and one sister, Vicki (Glen) Shane of Chillicothe,
IL.



She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant son, and one
brother, Roger Kenyon.


Karen had lived and worked in the Denver area briefly.  She
later worked at Appliance Distributors in Peoria and helped her
husband John on the farm outside of Lacon.  She also loved to
go bowling and do crafts.


Services will be held at a later date. Cremation rites will be
accorded.  Lenz Memorial Home in Lacon is assisting the family
