LeRoy N. Fehr



Eureka- LeRoy N. Fehr, 96, of Eureka, IL passed away at 4:42 pm
on Sunday, October 21, 2012 at the Apostolic Christian Home of
Eureka where he had been a resident. He was born on September 15,
1916 in Eureka, IL a son of Nathan and Anna Wuethrich Fehr. He
married Wilma Roth on June 1, 1941 in Morton, IL. She passed away
on March 27, 2004.



Surviving are two sons, Stan Fehr of Eureka, IL; Robert (Deb)
Fehr of Eureka, IL; two daughters, Darlene ( Michael) Hardman of
Gillette, WY; Donna (Bruce) Slusher of Eureka, IL; ten
grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and two great
great-grandchildren.



He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, one
sister, and two granddaughters, Christine Fehr and Charlotte
Lawrence.



LeRoy was a grain and cattle farmer in the Eureka area his
entire life. He was a member of the Woodford County Farm Bureau as
well as other farming affiliations. LeRoy also had worked as a
machinist for 18 years at McBride and Schoff in Metamora.



He was a member of the Eureka Apostolic Christian Church where
funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, October 27,
2012. Church ministers will officiate. Visitation will be held from
4-8 pm on Friday evening at the Argo-Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home
in Eureka and from 9-9:45 am on Saturday at the church before the
service. Burial will be in the Roanoke Apostolic Christian
Cemetery.



Memorial contributions may be made to the Apostolic Christian
Home of Eureka at 610 W. Cruger Ave. Eureka, IL 61530. Online
