Lois Merideth

Eureka- Lois V. Merideth, 94, of Eureka, IL passed away at
1:07 pm on Thursday, January 3, 2013 at Advocate BroMenn Health
Center in Normal, IL.

She was born on February 8, 1918 in Eureka, IL a daughter of
Ivan C. and Della Barney Duncan. She married Harold L. Merideth in
1938 in Iowa. He passed away on December 12, 1986.



Survivors include one son, Ronald (Marretta) Merideth of
Woodridge, IL; one grandson, Jack L. Merideth of Oswego, IL; one
great-granddaughter Toni Petruncio of Covington, LA; two great
great grandchildren Emily C. Petruncio and David Stephan Petruncio
of Covington, LA.



She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son Jack
L. Merideth, and one granddaughter Penny A. Kodosky.



Lois was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Eureka and
numerous genealogy and historical societies.



Cremation rites have been accorded and services will be held at
a later date. Argo-Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home in Eureka is
assisting the family with their arrangements.
