Oleta Krone

October 30, 1943 — March 5, 2013

Minonk- Oleta "Jean" Krone, 69, of Minonk died at 11:45a.m. on
Tuesday, March
5, 2013 at Advocate BroMenn Regional Medical Center, Normal.


Visitation will be held from 4-7p.m. on Thursday, March 7, 2013 at
Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home in Minonk a memorial service will be
held immediately following visitation at
7:00p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Terry Newman
officiating. Inurnment will be in Minonk Township Cemetery at a
later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to
the Jacksonville School for the Deaf in Jacksonville, IL. Online

Jean was born October 30, 1943 in Peoria, IL a daughter of
Albert Wayne and Oleta Grace "Corder"
Gaede. She married Norman L. Krone on August 17, 1963 in Rock
Falls, IL. He
Survives.

Survivors also include two sons, Richard(Barbara) Krone of
Roanoke; John(Tonya) Krone of Minonk; ten grandchildren,
Seth(Alyssa Edwards) Stoens of Minonk; Kimberley (Esaul)
Perez
of Minonk; Chevonne(Ramon) Llamas of Ft. Hood, TX; Melissa Krone
of Streator;
Mitchell Krone of Roanoke; Matthew(Suzanne Zehr) Krone of Eureka;
Joshua(Kansas)
Krone of Gridley; Jordan(Marqui) Krone of Normal; Jonna Krone of
Normal; Amanda
Krone of Minonk; two brothers, Dwight(Pat) Broadstone of New
Hampshire,
Lyle(SoonJa) Broadstone of Virginia; one sister, Rhonda Comet of
Hawaii; 12
great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one grandson, Jacob
Gregory Krone.



Jean was a member ofFirst Assembly of God Church in Normal. She
attended the Jacksonville School
for the Deaf, graduating in 1963. She was a homemaker.


Jean loved her familyand spending time with her many friends in
the deaf community.
