Benson - Pearl L. Aeschliman, 92, of rural Benson, passed away at 8:10 pm on Sunday October 14, 2018 at the Apostolic Christian Home of Roanoke.
She was born on May 5, 1926 in Wenona, IL to Albin and Ilene Fredrickson Nelson. She married Everett Aeschliman on February 20, 1946 at the Bethany Lutheran Church in Wenona, IL. He passed away on June 19, 2018.
Surviving are her children, Barb Isaia of Roanoke; Wayne Aeschliman of Lakeland, FL; Roy Aeschliman of Goodfield, IL; Eric (Julie) Aeschliman of Minonk, IL; four grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Raymond Nelson, and one son-in-law Robert Isaia.
A homemaker, Pearl helped her husband Everett on the family farm for over 70 years.
Pearl was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Roanoke where she had taught Sunday School for over 40 years. She was a member of the Crazy 8's Card Club in Roanoke and was also a past member of the Roanoke - Benson Music Boosters.
Funeral services will be held at 10 am on Friday October 19th at Knapp-Johnson-Harris Funeral Home in Roanoke. Frank Sauder will officiate. Visitation will be held from 5-7 pm on Thursday evening also at the funeral home. Burial will be at Roanoke Township Cemetery.
