El Paso- Rose Ellen Haas, 91 of El Paso passed away at 5:30 a.m.
on
Sunday, January 27, 2013 at Heritage Health Care, El Paso.


Rose Ellen was born July 28, 1921 at Chillicothe, MO a daughter of
John
and Rose Bauer Damm. She married Bernard Haas on October 2, 1943
at
Chillicothe, MO. He died in 1986.


Survivors include two sons, David Haas, Goodfield and Edward
(Vernette)
Haas of Omaha, NE; one brother, Pete (Pat) Damm of Quincy;
three
grandchildren, Phil (Vicki) Haas, Renee (Kevin) Pieters and
Mike
(Andrea) Haas; and five great grandchildren.


She was preceded in death by her daughter Jane, 3 sisters, and 1
brother.


Rose Ellen found peace through her trust in Jesus Christ and was
a
member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in El Paso.


Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday,
January 30,
2013 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, El Paso. Father Roger Corpus
O.S.B
will officiate. Burial will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery,
El
Paso. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 Tuesday at Ruestman-Harris
Funeral
Home, El Paso.
