Normal - Sharon S. Laskowski, 65,
of Normal, passed away at 8:52 a.m. Sunday, February 10, 2013 at
Advocate BroMenn Medical Center in Normal.

Funeral services will be at 9 a.m.
Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at Christ Lutheran Church in Normal
with Pastors Jonathan Huehn and Christopher Hull officiating.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at the
church and at 8:30 a.m. till the time of the service on Wednesday.
Burial will be in Park Hill Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to
Christ Lutheran Church or Community Cancer Center.
Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home is assisting her family with
arrangements.

Sharon was born on April 12, 1947
in Robinson, IL., to Frank and Mary (Thompson) Fitts. She married
Robert "Bob" Laskowski on September 1, 1979 in Bloomington.

Surviving is her husband Robert of
Normal; three daughters, Jennifer (Cory) Roop of Hudson; Marcia
(Mark) Dyson and Natalie Laskowski both of Champaign; four
grandchildren, Alexandria, Maddison, Jordyn and Parker Roop; one
sister, Linda (Alan) Randolph of Delton, MI; one brother, Steve
(Marlena) Fitts of Winterhaven, Fla; one aunt, Dorothy Green of
Robinson, IL.

She was preceded in death by her
parents.

She graduated from Robinson High
School and was a member of the Christ Lutheran Church.

Sharon was a beautician and a
homemaker.

Sharon loved to play cards, travel,
work outside in her flower garden and spending time with her family
and grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoyed watching ISU
basketball and St. Louis Cardinals.

She was a very loving and outgoing
person with a great personality. She was a wonderful wife and
mother taken too soon from her family.
